Returns

You can return your item to us at our office address. Please ensure the product is securely packed and bubble-wrapped, just as it arrived, to prevent any damage during transit.

The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

You may return the parcel through any courier service, or if you’re based in Karachi, you can also send it via Bykea.

Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll send you a replacement.

The cost of sending the replacement item will be covered by The Doodle Club.

Please note that exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Please note that personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are created uniquely for you.

Alternative Option

If you prefer not to return the item, you’re welcome to keep it and still enjoy a 10% discount on your next order from our website — our way of saying thank you for your patience and understanding.
